A government subsidized “affordable housing credit” is just another tax passed onto other people which have to pay for yet another pet project.

It artificially drives up costs of all homes and makes people buy them who can’t afford them. Housing crisis 2008 all over again.

Housing has become unaffordable because of excessive regulation set by governments, because of property values related to government zoning, property taxes, and the cost of doing business in some states. Aka why people are leaving California as a result of leftist policies.
