California sued President Trump’s administration for deploying National Guard to Los Angeles without governor’s approval. Rob Bonta and Governor Newsom called it an inflammatory move ignoring reality. They say it exceeds federal power and violates the Tenth Amendment. Courts can’t ignore this.
