It taught me that people aren’t thinking about us as much as we think they are.

No matter how calm or happy I look in my photos, I’ve long dealt with self-judgment. Often when I look at older pictures, I wonder why. But I don’t then translate that to my present.

If I have a ‘26 goal it’s to flip the script and stop the self-judgment. Wish me luck.

Imagine life without social conditioning.

What would it look like to show up authentically? To not be afraid to be different? To be your whole self?

Society gaslights us into submission, punishing those who don’t fit the prevailing cultural narrative.

Shift it. Be you.

When I’m unclothed, I feel whole. I feel like myself. I feel at home. I feel deeply connected. Like this is how it was always meant to be.

This is how I’ve felt my whole life.

Clothes are fine. Sometimes necessary. But this is me at my most genuine.

While I love winter, I’m warming up by remembering Little Beach, Maui, on a cold, cold night.

I think if everyone got a chance to spend a few days at a place like Little Beach, humanity would benefit and how we act toward each other and the planet would improve.
