A rigid heddle loom is warped with black, grey, and cream colored stripes in cotton yarn. Part of it is woven already. A pick up stick lays on top with the cream yarn on it. A measuring tape is attached to the woven fabric showing that 6 inches has been woven already

My investigation leads me to believe that the video showing the line-up of snow plows is for crowd control at the "Taste of Chicago" event downtown this weekend. Chicago does this regularly for outdoor events & festivals—to contain crowds & prevent cars from plowing into people.

Have you seen first hand accounts of the snow plows? Dont get me wrong, I want ICE blocked too. But in researching more, I only see social media posts. No news service has picked this up, it’s not on the front of @chicagotribune.com something seems off. Traffic would be insane

I started at crochet, dabbled a short minute with quilting, then went to knitting, and now on to weaving—both on a rigid heddle and on a tapestry loom.

(Technically Rwanda is east of Bulgaria, but then I'd have Rwanda on my list twice)

Oh goodness... this is my story line. Except I skipped spinning and went straight to weaving... that's where I'm at now. Glad I can look ahead and start prepping my husband for our sheep farm.

The 988 suicide prevention hotline in Illinois will continue to provide mental health support services for LGBTQ+ youth despite federal funding cuts.

In addition, IDHS is working to expand crisis counselor training specific to supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

Do you have any tips & tricks on how to make Github markdown as #accessible as possible? We have complex ordered lists & VO is not able to accurately identify how many items are in the list. Sometimes VO is not recognizing it's a list at all. Also, anchor links don't move focus for screen readers.
