Jack Molinas and I might be related as we are both Sephardic Jews. My grandfather was from Yugoslavia, born 1914 (or 1916). His cousin was the chief rabbi of Turkey, while Molinas family were Sephardic Jewish immigrants from Turkey. Not saying we are cousins but might share some DNA.

Usually I only eating lunch and dinner (or just have fruit for breakfast). So I go from 10/11 am to 6/7 pm without eating just liquids, minimal sugar only if I need simple carbohydrates because I feel hunger nauseous. Again I eat what I need but train myself to be disciplined. Also portion sizes
