Compliments to the staff (and designers) of JFK Airport. This past weekend my wife and I arrived at JFK from overseas and were greeted by friendly, efficient staff. We went from jet bridge to the US side of customs in record time. I have not been there in years and was deeply impressed.

My goals at my first DINO race of the year were to : 1) see friends and members of a running community that have been dear to me for 22 years and counting; 2) enjoy a nice run in an beautiful woods Paynetown State Recreational area; 3) take it easy and not re-injure my achilles. Done!
