Of course! Happy to assist 💚! I added it to a discord and it recently showed Jack box 4 for free (which is wild to me) on epic games, so when seeing your post I connected, "oh this may be helpful for your 12 games 😁"

Just going to drop that there's a discord bot that shares games that go for free on steam and epic games, you can set it to various stuff. I hope this may help with budget...if any of the games listed go for sale 😁

Remember to do comparable market research and new entry tenant research (it may be the same as the new rent, but worth a shot)... it may be inconvenient but these places bet on their tenants not knowing the comparable prices and if you have a good record they'd rather not lose consistent income
