Police on lookout after suspicious vehicle sightings near Ida B. Wells High School Police are on the lookout after two sightings of a suspicious vehicle in Southwest Portland.

According to Portland police, the suspicious vehicle was first seen on Nov. 20, when an Ida B. Wells High School student spotted it following her.
