My market makes "cube steak" with pork as an option (ie: they run pork cutlets through the cuber/tenderizer), and I like it far better for making 'chicken fried steak' than using actual (beef) cube steak. Tomorrow I'm going to try using it for chicken parm - hold the chicken. LOL
