How does he even get away with this delay in swearing her in? Is it even legal? Can he be compelled to swear her in? How long can he delay? I've never heard of this type of obstruction before. One thing is certain: Republicans have zero interest in a healthy democracy or a functioning government.

This has been coming from the beginning. All major democracy-supporting NGOs and foundations have their legal complaints already drafted.
