I call it potato chip reading. Quickly digested, easy, predictable, read five in a row and then walk away 🤣
When I hit a reading slump and need to refill my word well, my first grab is pop fiction.

But when I want to *get into* a world and escape fully, I pick up something else, for sure.

Do you want a book? Of course you do. Do you want *FIVE?* that's five times you wanting a book. It's also an odd number so you can't logic two rights make a left.
