A plate of cookies and carrots has been eaten, as well as glass of milks drunk. A present with a note attached lay beside the sleeping Touille, who spent a long time neatly wrapping al the presents. Something possessed me (It was Sunny), and I had to draw them like this.

After exchanging blow after blow, a defeated Simon has no option but to surrender. The meltdown timer still ticking down. Dogday offers to help him up, but he refuses. He tells them he'll go right behind them. But Simon's injuries are too much for him, and his legs and wings have no more energy left in them. When all the Critters accompanying DogDay pass, he takes off his pendant, covered in residual blood, and throws it to the partition wall button. The Critters try to open it, but it's no use. Simon explains that his injuries are too severe. Even if he went with them, his chances would be slim. So, he did this to save them pain and to protect them from the meltdown. A last selfless gift from someone who the world only saw as selfish. Dogday, leaning on the partition wall, holds Simon’s pendant. "I'll hold onto your-" but he was cut-off. "Heh... after all this, that's what you have to say? Seriously, you really are..." But it was left unfinished. Simon's fate, left unknown.

Dogday seems to be encountering a wrathful Simon. Bent in a crusade for blood. Seems like, deep down, he was jealous of him. His friends, his positivity, his charm... things he couldn't have. He might have money, but not that. Or at least he couldn't see it. Simon and Dogday engage in battle. Dogday with the support of his friends, while Simon remains alone, with the thought of teammates being revolting. In the back, a clock ticks down, indicating a meltdown. Which would eviscerate both parties if the timer reached 0. Of which, only 10 minues remain. During this encounter, Simon is knocked down for a moment, giving in to his exhaustion. The number of his thought off foes being many. Then, broken by dreams unaccomplished by one wrong turn, he lashes out when Dogday looks at him, something like pity shining through. "WHY ARE YOU... LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT!? I've... I've succeeded until now... all by myself...! I don't need... teammates... I don't..." Simon is glaring at DogDay...!

Both the SC and NC can be seen trying to reach for both Simon and Dogday. Dogday can be seen reaching for his friends, while Simon can be seen going further in. The meaning is up to you tbh. Not even I can land on one. It could represent how Dogday leans on his friends, while Simon constantly pushes himself away from them, for better or for worse. Maybe it represents Simon self-sacrificing because he views Dogday's life as more important than his, mainly due to the impact he has on people. Personally, I'm feeling more inclined to the first one. But there are multiple ways one could see it. As for the text in the background, they are all different title ideas I had for this, so pick whichever of the following you think suits more: DO OR DIE They need you more than they need me, so do us both a favor and don't keep them waiting!
