I really wish the government would quit sending me reminders. I KNOW my 2026 premium will be 4.66 times higher than this year’s. There’ll also be an increased max OOP, and no benefits increase.

Well, then they need to be like Bounty paper towels - the quicker picker upper. Even dollar store paper towels absorb better than those senators absorbed the election results.

I know. I'm just so frustrated and don't know where to turn.

Unfortunately, they aren't up for reelection any time soon. I hope voters aren't so disillusioned that they retreat from civic engagement when we need it most.

Food banks try to give nutritional food but usually overload people with fresh produce (like 72 tomatoes in September plus other stuff).

I planned to attend the Cathedral of Mother Nature today, but a cold and wet hike wasn’t inviting. My mom and I went for a drive instead. I’ll do the hiking and photography in a couple days instead. The fall foliage will be better anyway.
