I'm still on Instagram, mostly because (again) this is where my family can keep track of me (instead of constant texting and requests to send photos). And sadly they also use WhatsApp... So I can't really escape Meta.

I left Twitter after October 7th 2023, when I started to get personal hate threats and DMs, all because I'm Jewish. I'm still on Facebook because my family is there. I tried Threads, twice, and felt extremely unsafe, so I left and never went back.

Facebook is telling me they found nothing wrong with a racist cartoon about jews.

It's nice getting a reminder every now and then about how racist Facebook/Threads can be and why I'm not there.
I reported a racist cartoon about Jews that was very similar to the 1930's nazis cartoons, which Facebook thought I might be interested in watching. Apparently, they found nothing wrong.

If you know you have it then you have it. I got diagnosed in order to learn to forgive myself for struggling, and accepting it. I needed the voice in my head to start saying "that's ok, you got this" every now and then.

Reading music is definitely a struggle, but there are methods that can help.
