Yes, PA. Been called back within an hour and offered same or next day appts several times. Or if it’s non urgent I get a txt with available times for week or so and I just click what I want. I’m now feeling bad it doesnt work this well everywhere else.

Fresh coriander is pointless. I'll turn a blind eye to it lurking in the fridge and appearing on things which are served up to me but I refuse to engage with it when it's my turn in the kitchen. Powdered, fine. Fresh - why? It doesn't taste of anything.

He's been like this for years. Unfortunately he irritates me so much (I used to think "irrationally so" but no, it's rational) that I think I'm becoming his biggest hater. Life is too short for such things. But honestly, he's such a <redacted>

FTAOD I'm not saying those other things you listed don't matter because they do. Just that even when they get something right they still fail to engage properly.

I'd also balance that with them being poor about communicating stuff they've done which is clearly good. There's a list going round here today and I didn't know the half of it.
