To be fair, we should put 'Palestinian' in quotation marks. The term "Palestinian" is a modern invention. Based on Arab, Jewish, and international scholarship, the historical record is quite clear.

A 1948, front page of the Boston Globe said: “Arabs Invade Palestine.” A New York Times headline said: “Arab Armies Invade Palestine.” Both distinguished between “Arabs” as a people and “Palestine” as a geographic area. The term did not denote an Arab nationality.

Palestine was never a real country. Maybe some day it could be if they get over their genocidal intent towards Jews? But I think they’ll run out of martyrs before that ever happens.

Children always die in war. That’s why smart countries actively try and protect their civilization centers. Countries that practice human sacrifice, not so much.

Becoming Jewish is a long involved process! First we have to decide we want you to join. Then you need to do a lot of study and live as a Jew to the best of your ability. Then you need to be approved by a rabbinical court.
