This is lovely!

Digital art of a very funky red fox-wyvern. It has a serpentine body, only two hind legs, and feathery wings sprouting from just in front of its hind legs. It has a foxlike face with white markings all over its body. Black markings are abundant underneath the thicker white markings. The dragon's tail splits into seven other fox heads on tiny noodly tail-necks. In the background of the fox dragon is the original marginalia drawing that inspired it. Same design but drawn a little more stiffly with egg tempera paints and iron gall ink on vellum. A bit of calligraphy in Latin is cropped above the dragon there.
