Instead of rotting in bed all day, I decided to catch one of the last sunny and relatively warm days with the ‘Lift To Experience’ album. It turned out to be an excellent decision

Taking the train to another city to see Current 93 live, listening to Mount Eerie while the forests, fields and hills drift past the window – it was exactly what I needed after an utterly dreadful week at work

This week’s been so rough I’ve actually felt it in my body. Hang tight, the weekend’s here!

Since switching to a DAP and physical media instead of streaming, my last.fm doesn't look quite as appealing anymore 😔 I got used to having my entire listening history from the past 15 years there. But good sound comes at a price!

Steve Albini passed away exactly a year ago – a tremendous loss for everyone familiar with his work and music. For me too – I even shed a quiet tear on the day he died. Rest in peace, king!
