I assumed this was parody, maybe the Onion. But I clicked and it appears to be real. I’m baffled. I can’t tell whether this guys is trying to make a point, i.e. if men were held more culpable then they wouldn’t impose health controls on women, or if he really believes in what he’s proposing.
