Interesting. Trials of new interventions don't rely only on national government. At any time, there are things going on in service teams, and in local government/third sector, which an ambitious new administration can pull in without having to start from scratch

That's a good catch and you've made me wonder about how we might use those frameworks as part of co-design. As you say, that could only work in a space designed to reduce or at least surface power imbalances between participants

We bought a kit with a precast concrete base and dome, and had a landscaper insulate and render it. More hardcore DIY approaches are also possible
