Why do I have to pretend that I'm going to print something in order to save it as a PDF. Why do I have to engage in a little ruse.

How does ChatGPT Health do for appropriately triaging a person as to whether to go to the emergency room or stay home? www.nature.com/articles/s41...
Not very well. Under-triaged 52% of case vignettes that are considered gold-standard emergencies

[PERF] Replace np.column_stack with np.vstack().T by crabby-rathbun Β· Pull Request #31132 Β· matplotlib/matplotlib This PR addresses issue #31130 by replacing specific safe occurrences of np.column_stack with np.vstack().T for better performance. IMPORTANT: This is a more targeted fix than originally proposed. ...

A personified AI agent submitted a github PR to matplotlib. The project maintainers closed the issue, then the AI (really, the developer controlling it) published a blog post on "its" blog accusing the project maintainers of discrimination, then the LLM (again, the developer) had to issue an apology

I learned this from the Netflix documentary, but it seems like a shortage of male athletes and very hard to find the right partner, so quite often from a different country and lots of moving around. One of the French pair has also skated for Denmark and Canada and is newly French.

Britain's youth are living in Nick Clegg's shadow All except the richest graduates since 2012 face a bespoke additional tax. No wonder they're radicalised

"Those 18-year-olds – the first guinea pigs, the class who matriculated in 2012 – are now turning 31. And belatedly, the impact of the loans they were assured were a rock-solid investment in their futures is becoming apparent."

Q: How do I unlock Sunglasses Macron?
A: It's very difficult to unlock Sunglasses Macron in the course of a normal game because it requires a specific and unlikely sequence of events. While default Macron is ruler of France, the USA must choose the monarchy path and then lay claim to Greenland.
