Yes! Mine unfortunately has a viewfinder issue right now so i kinda have to trust that the camera is nailing focus despite the viewfinder showing otherwise 90% of the time, but besides that it’s great!!

I am using an app as well. It works well for the most part but there have been a handful of situations where it has let me down. I just always hate the idea of such a boring purchase haha

Shot my first roll of Cinestill on my Mamiya RB67. With the introduction of film photography in my life, I find myself using it almost exclusively while travelling. I packed my DSLR, the rb67 & a handful of 35mm cameras and the dslr was hardly touched. #filmphotography #addtoblacksky #photography

No matter how great you are as a portrait photographer, unless you are taking portraits of celebs, nobody is buying prints of a random person (fine art portraits aside). So getting back to doing travel photography and even street photography will be a priority for 2025.

One of the major things I have realized since I made the switch to doing portraits instead of travel/street/landscape photography is that really has an impact on print sales. It limits you on what you can make in terms of passive income

Hahaha well in that case I don’t feel as bad! But if I had just taken the time to read the manual or even watch a YouTube video it would have saved me the trouble. I am happy giving myself the thought that the best photo I have ever taken was the middle frame of an accidental triple exposure haha

I recently realized that I love how it completely disrupts my flow in comparison to digital. It makes me slow down and be really intentional with framing and focus and it makes me truly remember the moment. I don’t get that with digital anymore. #filmphotography🎞️ made things fun again! #photography

even with these mistakes, being an idiot who didn’t read a manual prior to using a device 20 years older than him, I still love them. More for nostalgic purposes because I was really hype about getting some of these photos, thinking they were single exposures and now I just laugh #filmphotography🎞️
