Everyone talks about China being polluted, and when I taught there it was something you monitored closely. However, you did have air purifiers in school and at home. I'm now in Muscat, no one mentions pollution, there are no air purifiers and yet this is the readings for this week!

So these were amazing, the origami style way you folded the wrap was cool overall a hit with the family. I did use labneh for the chipotle mayo and it worked a treat!

I wish it worked. In 2024 there are still a lot of teachers who have issues with IT. 😔

Also, and I am still getting my head around this as there are many pros and cons, most staff live on the school campus. This means it is a 5 min walking commute?
