For everyone struggling, it is HARD right now. I feel completely disposable in this country and it’s making me spiral into a depression that just feels…different.

Fuck RFK Jr. and fuck anyone perpetuating claims that neurodivergent folx are a drain on society.

I may not be able to be productive to their standards or even hold a traditional job, but I’m not broken. I’m not a burden.

At least these are things I tell myself. But y’all. Its hard.

Last year, I was diagnosed autistic at age 37. I have ADHD. Chronic pain.

I am disabled.

I’ve also carried and birthed two children. I’m a published author x2. I ran a successful small business and built an impressive portfolio. I am an artist and an activist.

There were a couple dozen people that walked a “prayer circle” around the school while the kids made friendship bracelets, which was kind of weird but whatever floats their boat I guess. I said we should make them bracelets next time.

Our first After School Satan Club was awesome! Had about ten kids with their parents, we ate pizza and listened to fun music and did some pretty epic marble runs.

That’s my thing, and I’m hoping maybe here? It seems nice here.
