The Dots…

You’ll see red/green dots in the top left of most of my newer videos & going forward…this is what they mean:

🔴 = Sphincter closed - holding/trying to hold (or finished)
🟢 = Sphincter relaxed & open & peeing
🔴🟢 = using the clenching/relaxing method to empty my urethra at the end
