Yeah, the only advice with all of this is literally try to label yourself as 18+ as much as possible. Even a little neon sign saying “Adults Only”. Try to get the message clear

But one day, the coworker was doing a random role call, and he annouced my my last name. I said that was me, and he looked at me with clear confusion. He then immediately said that there was no way I'm hispanic, since I'm white as fuck. Then I pointed to the schedule, which had my full name on it.

I always remember how an old coworker of mine called BS to my last name.

For context, I'm 1/4th hispanic, but I never knew if I was allowed to call myself hispanic, due to how I was raised. I do have a hispanic last name due to my father's father. But I'm very white in my appearance
