This scene is so much more plausible with the HoF meeting the First Talon given the events of DAO/DAA and the HoF's dealings with The Crows and they are a Warden Commander. Otherwise, Rook is just some stranger walking in off the street. (Just my opinion don't @ me!)

I hated in DA2 the only way you could get some items was to answer a quest a certain way to take you to a place that had the item and it was no where else in the game.
