Submitted an appointment request with my doctor re: depressive symptoms. Just have to wait now and see what happens.

It makes me giggle to think we've potentially played with/against each other without knowing :o Chances are low, but not zero!

Instead I have to drive past a 5-car pileup off an entry road, where nobody is slowing down sufficiently enough to let people emerge, a tailback of traffic on an exit road where nobody has their hazard lights on and a solitary van parked(?) in the middle of hatch markings.

When visibility & road surface are poor due to heavy rain, you'd think people would apply common sense and:

- Keep a safer, 4-second distance
- Drive at a slower than usual speed (5 - 10 mph under the limit on a high-speed road)

I wanna speak to my doctor about increasing my antidepressant dosage, I feel like my depressive symptoms are getting worse. I SH'd recently for the first time in...a long time, I think. So something is clearly wonky. But I'm also scared of being dismissed/not listened to.
