It’s definitely avoidable, it isn’t inevitable, but it does really suck if it happens. So just try and be mindful of how you spend your energy, and make time for recharging a bit every day if you can💕

It doesn’t have to get worse, but it can if you start saying yes to too many things for a prolonged period of time, and you have to mask almost 24/7. There’s definitely small things I could’ve done to possibly avoid this, but right now I’m just focused on feeling like myself again❤️
