The skincare routine is paying off !

Every job application process 1. The application 2. The second application where you reenter your resume 3. Screening call 4. Interview with hiring manager 5. Interview with other organizational stakeholders 6. Interview with the organizational stakeholder’s second cousin twice removed 7. The two week period where you hear absolutely nothing 8. The lightning round 9. The gong show interview 10. The other two week period where you hear absolutely nothing 11. Background check 12. Oh wait HR is on vacation another week 13. Offer? Best we can do is hiring freeze

This Ole Miss team repeatedly failed to do so. Against Kentucky. Against LSU. Against Florida.

Now, they will miss the CFP.
