Good people deserve good things, and if the world at large won't do anything for that, then at least I can do whatever small things are in my power to do so.

Sometimes I worry that I get attached to people too easily, but I want to believe it comes from a good place. There are a lot of people out there with good qualities, and it's important to recognize that so we don't lose sight of them amidst all the bad.
