We must learn from the past. We cannot remain silent in the face of authoritarian attacks on our peers, even if they have not yet come for us.
1/ As other universities remain silent in the act of self-preservation, we are moving into some dangerous times. There will be no โselfโ to preserve.
โRemaining silent will not protect us โ but it does come with at least two major costs.
