And the craziest thing about all of this... I'm clearly giving myself a harder time than I need to. But I don't know how to let myself off the hook.

And if my mood and internal thoughts are any indication, I really need to try. This is not going to get better without a bigger change.

I'm going to work on changing my diet, find better ways to get more protein and fiber. Find healthier energy sources. Take more time for me. And try to cope with the guilt that is definitely going to come from not being a support pillar for others as often as I'd like to. 🧵

So I'm going to take some time off from the hobby that fulfills me most because it's also the most time consuming (burlesque) And instead direct that energy into changing other things that aren't helping me.

So I'm going to post when I'm headed to the gym/my trainer. Start going more than 1xweek🧵

I'm pretty sure I'm in burnout. Naturally my first Google search was "best way to quickly recover from burnout" because I'm nothing if not predictable. So I'm making plans to recover from that severe level of stress. 🧵
