that's really the heart of the issue. if im consistently unheard then i will enforce boundaries withought warning and with 0 chill. and it's not as if i ENJOY that learned behavior but i resent when it's treated as if it materialized out of nowhere.

i don't think im a parrticularly complex person when we get down to it; my motivations revolve around meeting my needs and avoiding pain.
