From an ex-Hungarian MP @dailytelegraphnews.bsky.social, on April elections:

"The question is whether those who write the rules, distribute the money, count the votes, and announce the results will be willing to tolerate a world where they are no longer in power"

So, calendar spring is here.

Ukraine surviving this winter was not a miracle. It is tireless, professional, devoted, 24/7 work of Ukraine's energy workers and Defence Forces.

Heroyam slava!

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ The fall of Putin's regime will not make Russia safe, we need the collapse of the empire - Budanov

The U.S. administration did not send a single representative to the official commemoration events marking the anniversary of Russiaโ€™s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, nor did it issue a single word through its embassy in Kyiv -- not even a standard diplomatic boilerplate.

The Trump Administration Is Ending Aid That It Says Saves Lives The State Department will let lifesaving projects expire because โ€œthere is no strong nexus between the humanitarian response and U.S. national interests,โ€ according to an internal email.

Quietly, the Trump administration is now ending even the life-saving aid that they had promised would be preserved

1/ The Sunday Times reports citing Western military sources:

Ukraine is outnumbered on most sectors and needs at least 250,000 more troops plus heavier weapons to break through.

I also want to point out that by threatening and bullying Ukraine, the Washington regime is rewarding proven war criminals.

For example, look at this - Russia has broken EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE of the Geneva Conventions on occupying territory.

Itโ€™s not hard to see how the constant unfairness and brutality of this war is mentally exhausting. We all feel it! God bless you for having the will to stand in the mist of it for so long. Youโ€™re among my most trusted and appreciated voices from Ukraine, always honest and empathetic. Thanks:)

Iโ€™m not sure this matters. If RU advances was exaggerated, you need to also exaggerate the UKR advances in order to get back to a more correct map. What you are pointing out is flaws in the methodology of the mappers. You need to treat both gains the same, or else the map itself gets biased.

1/ Russia may be preparing to announce a mass mobilisation, a bad peace deal with the US, or confiscate people's savings to fund the war effort, according to Russian warbloggers. They suspect that the government wants to ban Telegram to block public dissent over such moves. โฌ‡๏ธ

In the 2 years since Russia captured the Avdiivka coke plant, they have advanced 41 km to the junction of the E-50 and T-504 Highway in Pokrovsk.

That's 56 meters a day.

They lost more armor than the Germans did in Operation Citadel.

These negotiations are Putins getaway card. Itโ€™s fake Russian willingness to negotiate, which Trump blatantly rewards by halting any US measures that would pressure Russia to end the war. All things considered, Trump have prolonged the war with this approach.

Something BIG Has Changed on the Front Lines in Ukraine
YouTube video by Paul Warburg Something BIG Has Changed on the Front Lines in Ukraine

Iโ€™m not much for optimism until itโ€™s actually manifesting, but what if Ukraine getting its land back isnโ€™t too far off? RU POWs regularly being starved and low on ammo can actually be a sign of deeper problems. If supply lines to the front break, cracks actually might happen. Then who can tell?

Ukrainian Olympian Is Disqualified Over Helmet Honoring War Dead

The Ukrainians called it a Revolution of Dignity for a reason, and every day itโ€™s a shame how many others fail to cast off the shackles of Russian manipulation and continue to carry water for a nation that has never been held accountable for its actions or history
