Prep: 20 mins Total time: 5 hrs 5 mins (including refrigerating) 1 1/2 Cups boiling water 2 pkg (85 g each) raspberry jelly powder 1 can (398 ml) whole berry cranberry sauce 1 Cup cold water 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 Cup whipping cream, whipped Stir boiling water into dry jelly power for at least 2 mins until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce, stir until mixed. Stir in cold water. Pour 2 cups of the mixture into a 6 cup glass serving bowl. Refrigerate for 45 mins or until set but not firm. Meanwhile, stir cinnamon and cloves into remaining jelly mixture. Refrigerate for 30 mins, or until slightly thickened. Add whipped cream, stir until well blended.Pour over jelly mixture in bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Makes 12 servings, 12 cup each.

Sunlight creates brilliant sparkles on the blue ocean water. In the distance is a pale blue sky with a few soft white clouds. Ocean waves crash and billow against the rocky shore. In the foreground, some hearty vegetation in greens and browns grow between the rocks. Sitting at the lower right corner, a natural pool of water in the rocks sits serenely, its glassy surface reflecting the sky and plants, a safe distance from the pounding surf, peacefully taking it all in.
