The letter states that Ghislaine Maxwell plans to invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination at an upcoming House Oversight deposition and criticizes her intent to do so on a blanket basis rather than question by question. It notes her prior meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and requests clarity on whether she will invoke the Fifth Amendment in response to specific questions. Page one lists six detailed questions concerning alleged co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minors, the lack of indictments, Maxwell’s knowledge of prosecutorial decisions, any role involving President Donald Trump, discussions of a potential presidential pardon in exchange for silence, and any client lists or records maintained by Maxwell or Epstein. Page two adds a seventh question asking Maxwell to identify any foreign governments or intelligence services, including those linked to Russia or Israel, with which Epstein allegedly shared information or acted on behalf of. The letter asks that this document be entered into the official record at the start of the deposition and closes with a formal sign-off and signature from Congressman Ro Khanna, Member of Congress, U.S. House of Representatives.

NEW: Ghislaine Maxwell is set to invoke her Fifth Amendment rights and refuse to answer all questions related to Epstein, Trump, and more during tomorrow’s deposition. Rep. Ro Khanna has sent the following letter to Oversight Committee Chair James Comer in response:
