Pouring into myself before anyone else is such a high priority this upcoming year and I don’t say that selfishly. I just know that this is the only way I can evolve.

Not only for me but for the people I love that deserve the best version of me, too.

There’s an abundance of peace that comes from creating a sanctuary within that nothing can come between.

A place that you can always call home no matter what is happening outside of you.

Forgive yourself for repeating the same cycles.

I feel like hours is fine it’s really once it hits that 24-48 hour mark and I’m like 🤨.

Learning to accept and release our hold on what is out of our control is one of the most important lessons in cultivating our happiness. Feel your feelings, take a deep breath, and then move forward. You are so much bigger than your emotions.
