This is a president defying a 9–0 Supreme Court ruling, openly plotting to strip American citizens of their constitutional rights, and conspiring to exile them to foreign authoritarian prison camps—with the encouragement of a foreign dictator.
It is the literal dismantling of the rule of law.

The public is tested with each new outrage. If no one stops it, the circle of victims widens.

History doesn’t always repeat, but it rhymes.
And right now, we’re rhyming with 1930s Germany in every meaningful way.

• This isn’t campaign rhetoric.
• This isn’t a gaffe.
• This isn’t a drill.

• First they came for the gang members.
• Then they came for the immigrants.
• Next they’re coming for the trans people.
• In the end, they’ll come for anyone who dares to object.

This is how fascism advances: through selective silence, weaponized fear, and the erosion of legal boundaries.

And this time, he won’t stop at gang members, immigrants, and trans people—anyone who opposes him will be targeted.

“First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Socialist.

Now, Trump is laying the foundation to exile Americans who don’t fit his vision of the nation—and let’s be honest: trans people would be first in line.

So when Trump says “homegrowns are next,” trans people know exactly what that means.

He’s already done it once. He’s promising to do it again.

Teachers are being threatened with prosecution for respecting a trans student’s name. Nonprofits are closing programs for fear of state retaliation. Healthcare providers are facing bans under executive orders. And every new law signals that something worse is coming.

At least 27 states have passed laws banning gender-affirming care for minors.

This is a genocide on a national scale.

It is designed to dismantle recognition, destroy access to care, criminalize support systems, and drive us out of public life entirely.

In just the past year, over 500 anti-LGBTQ+ bills have been introduced across the United States—more than 130 of them targeting transgender healthcare alone. As of early 2025, 120 new anti-trans bills have already been filed across 13 states, a 150% increase from the year before.

For years, the far right has:

• Dehumanized us—calling us predators, threats, mentally ill, or “not real”
• Banned our healthcare
• Criminalized our identities
• Platformed voices openly calling for our eradication

And now, they’ve escalated that campaign into law.

His first term brought:

• A ban on transgender military service
• Rollbacks of healthcare protections
• Erasure of LGBTQIA+ content from federal resources
• Executive orders enabling discrimination under the guise of religious freedom

They start with “the worst,” and then they come for the rest of us.

Trump’s record speaks for itself.

It’s a roadmap to dictatorship—a trial balloon for mass exile without trial, built on the same authoritarian logic that led to García’s unlawful deportation.

And those of us who are marginalized already understand how this always ends:

Trump is preparing to weaponize the law to strip American citizens of their rights and exile them to foreign authoritarian prisons. If a legal loophole exists, he’ll exploit it. If it doesn’t, he’ll try to create one.

This is not a policy dispute between the left and right.

It wasn’t a rhetorical flourish.
It was a command—delivered with chilling clarity.

Bondi’s involvement proves this threat isn’t hypothetical—it’s being actively developed.

The “Pam” he referred to is Pam Bondi, former Florida Attorney General and longtime Trump ally. Her presence wasn’t incidental—it was strategic. Trump wasn’t spitballing policy; he was issuing direction to legal counsel to find a way to make this plan happen.

This wasn’t a joke.

“Homegrowns,” in Trump’s own words, means American citizens. He confirmed in that same meeting that he is exploring the legal feasibility of deporting U.S.-born individuals to Bukele’s prison camps.

He added:

“If it’s a homegrown criminal, I have no problem… Pam is studying if we can do that.”

That is not hyperbole, this is the reality in front of us.

Now, emboldened by the lack of consequences, Trump wants to escalate.

During a recent Oval Office meeting, he was caught on a hot mic telling Bukele:

“The homegrowns are next… You gotta build about five more places.”

This is not theoretical. It is not politics as usual. This is a full-blown constitutional crisis!

And how we react to it will determine whether the United States continues to exist as a democratic republic under the rule of law—or descends into dictatorial autocracy under the whims of one man.

Let that sink in:

• An innocent man was deported—illegally—into a foreign prison camp
• A binding Supreme Court order was ignored
• The president responsible remains unaccountable
• A foreign dictator is holding him with zero legal basis
