The shit that’s going down in Chicago has me terrified. What are we going to do?
Our country is no longer a democracy and we are no longer following the constitution. We’ve been taken over by fascists. I can not believe this is happening so easily.

tRump admin has announced they will deport resident aliens and nationalized citizens for protesting or speaking up against their policies. This is me. I’m so angry that I can not show up at protests. My resistance will be in supporting you and sending daily letters to congress and senate.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.
