It's increasingly clear that the president lives in a constructed bubble of unreality designed by aides who are manipulating him in order to take control of US policy. Seems like an important story - wish media would cover it.

Don't forget - there was also the tea dispute.

Only about 20% of U.S. mayors are people of color. Yet of the 9 cities the President has targeted or threatened with “federal enforcement,” all 9 have mayors who are people of color. 🤔

There are violent extremists on the left but they are not in charge of the party. You can find them on social media, not in the halls of power.

The violent extremists on the right are in congress, on courts, and sitting in the Oval Office.

It turns out that protecting hate speech did not create the conditions to protect other kinds of speech; instead, it protected hate and allowed hate movements to take over all the institutions of that might have defended the rest of us.
