It is actually so baffling to me how some people will completely sabotage their relationships with loved ones and watch that connection rot just because they can’t be grown ass adults and have a tough conversation. It’s so sad to watch.

I don't even want to look at my monthly average of my #stepcount as I know it's going to be awful for this month. I was averaging over 10k steps a day but after #surgery last month I have been letting my leg/foot feal but finally getting into my normal groove.

I had a nerve taken out last month for some diagnostic testing and they said their will be some stabbing pain for a few months. They should have said extreme stabbing that will keep you up at night.

I'm just not going to allow this to keep me down.

Ugh. My foot has been killing me lately.

Just feels like an ice-pick keeps stabbing it and ibuprofen and gabapentin is barely helping. I may have to go to the next level of pain meds.

I've just been told this cold last another 3 months. :(
