FILM COMPLETE. overall, i thought it was fun time! i feel like younger me would really resonate with its overall message, but as an adult, i can greatly appreciate it for kids and other folks who need it, ESPECIALLY given Current Climates

it's VERRRRY different in japanese, but the VAs sound really pretty (oh yeah. i'm watching this in japanese since that's the default language i have netflix set to for listening practice)

and the facial expressions?? i know 3D animation has come a long way, but like?? seeing it be able to pull off more cartoon/2D facial cues with ease is actually an impressive feat

(suddenly this has turned into me being more appreciate of the art itself LMAO)

the demon designs are also super fun. i know it's still really early in the film, but like? they're just neat

okay. right off the rip, i like the animation. the colors, style, and overall vibe are really nice and flow nicely
