But there is no list of tasks for Pokédex in this game, and adding one for each species in a downloadable update seems... wrong idk

I was already warming up to Gardevoir more from TCG and Z-A but this short might make it into the top 5?

But then again it's also like... what methods could this game have employed that fits the format?
There's no PokeRadar/DexNav, no fishing rod, no breeding
They could do mass outbreaks but with how wild zones can vary in size so wildly I don't know if all of them would have enough space

I was 65/35 towards not going next year, but I'm now closer to 85/15. Unless something changes about either beefing up security or providing safe spaces for competitors and public figures or even just having a reporting system for this kind of behavior, going in person wouldn't feel right.

It's really brave of Wolfe to come forward about what's happening, especially as he's just starting to get buddy buddy with the company and appearing on their socials, too. But it's also important to realize that there are very big issues at play at these events for both competitors and creators.

Wolfe's issues with the event and with fan interactions are likely not his alone, especially as more content creators are encouraged to make guest appearances. It honestly makes me really queasy to think the event team is just diving deeper and deeper into turning the tournament into a convention.

If you haven't seen Wolfe's latest video on Pokemon events and specifically Worlds, I would strongly recommend watching (TW: SA).
I personally went to Worlds and was curious about why I didn't see him, but after learning what happened, holy smokes I 100% understand.

It's not *the* holiday title, but it's a holiday title, so I don't expect any discounts until summer of next year at the very earliest
