Final (gouache) phase of a mixed media painting- a fairy emerging from an Easter-style egg. Golden lighting surrounds the fairy and egg, and cool, pale blue contrast it. Lots of sparkle!

I finished this piece off with a layer of gouache! I added the blues and some color depth in her skin, and some nice light and glow :)

This was a fun little practice sketch!
