First aid and CPR class today. While it’s a requirement for my profession, it’s also CHEAP… especially considering how invaluable you might be in a real crisis. Consider getting certified, it’s not a big commitment of time or money for what you get in return.

With the latest Facebomb, mass migrations off the platform are going to happen… personally, I’m just getting phone and email from the people I want to be sure I stay in touch with because I don’t see the social media shakeup ending anytime soon.

Holiday art market. Bought some shelled sunflower chips for the bird feeders. House cleaning and a holiday movie later. Tomorrow, one more big day of driving for UPS before the holiday crush subsides… I’m sure there will be some work later in the week but dropping off by a lot.

Seasonal driving for UPS has been a terrific experience. Very active, everyone happy to see me, and I am in control of how much work I do any given day. Would consider doing it again next year if I’m not fully employed

- was an assistant manager for Rite Aid
- Resolved tendinitis and fibromyalgia stemming from a 2019 car accident through Reiki, and soon pursuing my LMT

What I’ve done part 3

- assembled largest board game community in Chicago
- helped build a toy and game fair
- ran the Catan national tournaments
- was the US marketing manager for Gigamic

What I’ve done part 2

- helped to build a gymnasium
- developed the training department for one of the first Internet technical support call centers
- installed video conferencing equipment around the world, from Baku to Singapore

So yesterday by virtue of signing up to be a seasonal support driver, I became a member of the teamsters. Added bonus!

I’m currently trying to finish the expanse series. Loved the TV show and want to see how the whole saga concludes. I’ve read Dune, ages ago, and love the new movies.

It’s going to be pretty ugly… but sitting down and shutting up is an important part of the process… when things get worse instead of better, the trolls shouldn’t have anything or anyone to point to. I’m being an ally offline and in person, being a nobody online.

Started rewatching the first one recently, but it’s from the era of shakycam…
