I think the context really matters in this case. IOC is being ridiculous with the helmets and allowing "neutral" athletes to compete. But it appears this woman did it to defy russia and support Ukraine.

I wonder why she chose to go public though.

I think it's funny that while Russia sends their "neutral" athletes abroad, their mainstream media and bloggers keep on saying how terrible these Olympics are and how those "athletes" are traitors.

It's like the only emotion they can feel is hate.
