How are you doing Dandy? It feels like forever I've had bandwidth to catch up with you on replies. I am sorry about this; life and work had to take a priority for me.

Absolutely no problems - I don't dick around and the hood comes on for a pic (sometimes) and then comes off after a few minutes when I've settled. I can be a nervous flyer and it helps me calm my mind into a more zen state, quieting the noises in my head.

Better than that - the entire session is getting recorded and will be available online after it is approved for distribution.

*massive hugs* would have been good to catch up. It is getting recorded and once approved will be going online. I'm also going to look at something for next year's workshops to make them accessible to a wider audience.
