Based on the current evidence, it is quite remarkable that a case of political espionage has been brought against an individual whose hierarchical connection or intelligence-level connection has not been verified.

If this network of relationships was established within the framework of intelligence operations rather than on a commercial basis, as alleged, this would be the first known instance of an intelligence informant keeping personal records or a diary !
