My 25 years of service was recently recognized so it felt like a good time to update the work photo.

I realized while writing this week’s show notes we’ve had a run of DC-O-Ramas.

This is a milestone. In January my 38 waist pants were snug. After PT those 38s became loose. Mid-April, I fit into a 36 waist and I was content.

Past few weeks I’ve had to ratchet the belt a little tighter. I decided to treat myself to the size I haven’t considered since Clinton was president.
